Vascular health imaging (VHI) is a consulting company that help hospitals, outpatient clinics, and physician practices identify challenges in vascular ultrasound care delivery and craft practical solutions for the challenges.
We are a team of experienced vascular sonographers with over 20 years of clinical and healthcare management experience. Our team of board registered vascular sonographers are also equipped to provide on-site comprehensive vascular ultrasound testing.
Finally, we provide on-site hands-on and theoretical teachings to physicians, practicing sonographers, medical students and sonography students.
Founder and CEO
Dr. Michael K. Gyampoh has more than 20 years of clinical experience and health care management including, accreditation, risk management, process improvement, quality and patient safety and strategic planning.
He has extensive knowledge of diagnostic imaging services in the areas of ultrasound particularly vascular ultrasound and he is board registered in vascular ultrasonography.
Michael has mostly worked in teaching hospitals and enjoys teaching vascular surgery fellows, medical students, clinicians and sonography students. He published a book chapter, presented in several vascular conferences and was a board of director for society of vascular ultrasound.
Michael graduated from the George Washington University with a B.S. in Health Sciences, Masters in Health Sciences and Management from Western Carolina University and Doctorate in Health Sciences from Radford University.
